Our own family photos the past two years have been Our own family photos the past two years have been roughhhh. As a photographer, I know sometimes you just have to meet kids in their element. So that’s what we did this year (we did get some more traditional ones, which I’ll share later. But these ones have my heart.) Becoming Coop’s mom has taught me to embrace a chaos that I otherwise never would have known. Before him, I let plans and order dictate. But plans and order don’t have a place in Coop’s world and in turn it’s opened my world. ❤️ And seriously, if you have an idea for a session where your kiddo feels at home, PLEASE reach out. Surrogacy...I don't know that I can even put words Surrogacy...I don't know that I can even put words to the beauty and selflessness. I don't do much birth photography but this story pulled at my heartstrings. I will let the images speak for themselves.
